About Me

My photo
Cheryl Wilhoit
I have a B.S. degree with a double major in Art and English from East Tennessee State University, and a M.Ed. in Secondary Education from the University of Louisville. My family and I moved from Bristol, Virginia to Louisville in 1987. After having taught Art and English in Virginia for 7 years, I’ve been a visual art teacher in Jefferson County for the last 18 years. Throughout that time I’ve worked with children of all ages and abilities. We have a son and daughter, who have begun their own families. Although our son is stationed in Italy, we all consider Louisville home. Some of my favorite things include special dates with my husband, shopping, decorating, painting and listening to bluegrass music.
